This is a nice and relaxing atmosphere, and the employees are all very friendly. The manager, Revi, really took time to explain the procedures I had scheduled and answered all my questions. I sincerely believe that they strive to provide the best treatments at affordable prices. My facial was wonderful, and I truly felt like I was spoiling myself that day. After all, we ladies need a "me time" treat every now and again! I already have my next appointment, and I can't wait to go back!

I had the best experience at Prophecy med spa in Eagle! Each member of staff was personable, professional and knowledgeable on the treatment program we needed to choose that fit MY needs.The guest assistant at the front was very kind and helpful explaining new client paperwork.My esthetician today was Josie. Very sweet and informative on everything I was going to experience during and post treatment. I definitely want to see her every time!Revi was my consultant today and she was absolutely fantastic with helping me choose a treatment plan that fit my needs. She didn’t try to “sell” me on a bunch of services I didn’t need. She also hooked it up with her favorite products.I get Botox treatments in my forehead for stubborn lines/wrinkles. I am due tomorrow but after my treatment today I think I will be dissolving that completely out of my skin care regiment.I came home and told my husband about my experience and now he wants to give it a try too!Thank you everyone at Prophecy!

So I was targeted by Facebook with one of the ads for prophecy med spa , so I made an appointment. Their reminder was simple non-aggressive. Just a text and an email which I confirmed I got there in time. The ad was for one hour and 15 minute facial. I got there at 10 and a person named Revi sat down beside me after I completed my front and back paperwork. and just talked to me for a minute about what I wanted and said she would talk to me afterwards, then a person named DanI was my aesthetician. My facial started 1018 and was done at 11:05. My aesthetician was very very nice adorable young person. She did a good job my background I’ve had a lot of aestheticians and facials, and one thing I missed, was the hands and feet, or even just hands but it’s probably just not part of that facial and that’s fine. after the facial Dani met me outside the door and knocked on Reva’s office and then I got a pitch similar to a timeshare. There’s absolutely no way I would make a decision about $4000 worth of facial treatments before I left but this is the standard procedure. I was offered additional upgrades and services to try and close when I was not interested then Revi tried to sell me single service items. I have a lot of HSA but one thing I am —- not afraid to say no thank you. I didn’t come in there to be pressured for future packages. The price I paid was a fair price for a facial $60 plus a $20 tip. This place was clean. I came here to relax and not be pressured into packages so that is one thing that knocked it down one star. Also nothings in writing like if you’re going to offer packages put down what you’re offering. It’s way too vague like three of this for this well at three and that you can do two of these and get a discount on that and it’s only $480 a month. 😂. Um. No I did enjoy the facial but I’m gonna try a few other places. I did really like the sign in the bathroom now that was super cute with the cat- photo attached. *****note to owners remarks. I did request a copy. I WAS offered a special package, buy the bronze, upgrade to the gold. I did NOT receive a brochure and no pricing was handed to me, she had an outdated sheet and got in her binder for the updated one which also was not provided, she said she needed to laminate it. There was no time to decide it was a then and now situation. Make sure you know what is happening in your business is then what I would suggest with your reply.
